Recipe: Roasted Tomato Salsa - Boost your prostate health and wow your taste buds

As a matter of fact, the recipe we’re sharing today is one of the tastiest we’ve ever put together.

At first, it was something we’d make every few months, so the entire staff could have a delicious snack to enjoy.

But it got to be so popular, we’ve started making this every few weeks.

It’s well worth the effort, too — and not just because it’s so flavorful…

It’s because this recipe is chock-full of all sorts of prostate boosting benefits.

Here’s how you make our amazing…

Roasted Tomato Salsa


12 large tomatoes, halved and seeded, divided

1 large sweet yellow pepper, finely chopped

2 tablespoons olive oil, divided

1 bunch fresh cilantro, trimmed

1/4 cup lime juice

4 garlic cloves, peeled

2 teaspoons grated lime zest

6 jalapeno peppers, minced

12 green onions, thinly sliced

1 tablespoon ground cumin

1 tablespoon smoked paprika

1 tablespoon ground chipotle pepper

2 teaspoons salt

1/4 teaspoon Louisiana-style hot sauce

Tortilla chips


To achieve the best results, arrange 6 of your tomatoes cut side down on a 15x10x1-in. baking pan; drizzle 1 tablespoon of your oil right on top.

Broil these about 4 inches from the heat, just until the skin starts to blister. Now, cool them slightly and drain them well.

Next, in a food processor, toss in your uncooked and your roasted tomatoes and blend them until they’re a chunky consistency. Take everything from there and place it into a large bowl.

Grab your cilantro, lime juice, garlic, lime zest and your remaining oil and throw those into the food processor next.

Cover the mixture and process it until it’s blended. Go ahead and add this to your bowl of tomatoes.

Finally, you’re going to stir in your peppers, onions, cumin, paprika, chipotle pepper, salt and hot sauce.

Let it sit for around an hour. This will allow the flavors to fully blend, making everything more aromatic and absolutely delectable.

Serve with chips and enjoy.
