Because today’s recipe is loaded with the kinds of powerful vitamins and nutrients that combine to nourish your prostate and ease your discomfort.
A difference you’ll be able to feel — day or night.
That’s why I’m so excited to share this with you today…an absolutely delicious and easy recipe for avocado shrimp salad.
Not only is it a great option for a quick dinner with your loved ones…
You can prepare the entire meal in just one pan and one bowl.
Here’s how to make it:
IN BOWL #1:
3 tablespoons avocado oil
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 to 2 teaspoons dried cilantro flakes
1 small garlic clove, minced
3/4 teaspoon stevia
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
IN BOWL #2 - SALAD:
1 teaspoon avocado oil
1/2 pound uncooked large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon ground cumin
1 small garlic clove, minced
5 cups chopped hearts of romaine
1 cup fresh or frozen corn, thawed
1 cup frozen peas, thawed
1/2 cup chopped sweet red pepper
1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and thinly sliced
In your 1st bowl, whisk the first 7 ingredients until they’re blended.
Now, heat your oil on medium high. Once the pan is sizzling a bit, add in your shrimp, chili powder, salt and cumin. Cook and stir around 2-3 minutes or until the shrimp turns pink.
Next, it’s time for the garlic. Cook it for one more minute. Now remove it from the heat.
Let’s go back to your bowl from the beginning. Toss in your romaine, corn, peas and red pepper. Drizzle on some avocado oil and toss to coat.
And finally, top the whole thing off with the avocado and shrimp — after all, they are the stars of the show.
And there you have it — an absolutely tasty meal you can enjoy all year long, while giving your body the vitamins it needs for a healthier, better feeling prostate.
Now I know this salad is tremendously mouthwatering, but remember, this recipe is supposed to serve four.
But we’ll understand if you can’t help yourself and end up enjoying the whole thing.
