When it comes to having a few buddies over to watch the big game, making sure you’re around to enjoy most of it — and not bouncing back and forth from the restroom…
We give our readers one important piece of
advice:
The truest way to take care of your prostate at any given moment, is to make
efforts to take care of it all day long.
And that’s especially true when you’re talking about a big game feast loaded
with your favorite drinks, meals and snacks.
Knowing how to handle this kind of party
environment could be the difference between having the time of your life…
...or being miserable then entire evening.
So, to help you have the best time possible, we’ve put together a special list
of tips you can use to keep your prostate issues in check...and your focus on
enjoying yourself.
Now, you might think this first tip is counterproductive, but it’s actually quite effective. When you hold your urine, it can irritate the lining of your bladder.
So, when you fail to drink enough water, that irritation can make it feel like you constantly need to head to the restroom. (1)
If you drink enough water, your bladder will hold more water for longer and you’ll be able to spend more time watching the game.
When the temperatures dip, it can trick your brain into thinking you need the restroom. So, if you happen to be watching a big game on an outdoor patio, try making sure you’re near one of those large heaters. (And avoid sitting on any chairs that are cold to the touch.) (2)
Now, we know the first tip was to “drink more water.” But when you do this, keep the clock in mind. It’s best to avoid drinking at least two hours before you head to bed — otherwise you’ll be spending all night between your bed and the restroom.
Not to mention, be sure to limit or even eliminate alcohol and caffeine from your big game celebration. These items are diuretics, meaning not only will you need to urinate more often, you’ll also have more powerful urges to use the restroom as well. (3) For so many men dealing with prostate issues, frequent urination IS the most frustrating thing they deal with on a daily basis.
Fortunately, now that you know which tips are the most effective ones...and the types of things you’ll need to avoid…
These tips (and Prostavol Prostate Support formula) make dealing with your prostate that much easier...and it’ll let you spend more time in front of the TV having some fun.
